Application
1. Media industry
2. Telecommunication hub
3. Ntc thermistor apply for air conditioner;
4. Ntc temperature sensor apply for refrigerator;
5. Ntc temperature sensor apply for HVAC system
Mounting:
Electrode must not be scratched before/during/after the mounting process;
Contacts and housing used for assembly with thermistor have to be clean before mounting. Es-pecially grease or oil must be removed.
When the thermistor is mounted, there must not be any foreign body bettween the electrode of the thermistor and the clamping contact.
The minimum force and pressure of the clamping contacts pressing against the NTC must be 10N and 50KPA.
respectively. In case the assembly is exposed to mechanical shock and vibration this force should be higher in order to avoid movement o the NTC during operation.
Burn-in is the process by which components of a system are exercised prior to being placed in service (and often, prior ro the system being completely assembled from those components). This testing process will force certain failures to occur under supervised condtions so an understanding of load capacity of the product can be estabilished.
