RoHS standard temperature probe NTC thermistor sensor consist of a NTC chip thermistor mounted in Aluminum housing, with insulated flexible wire (XLPE insulated wire UL4411 125ºC & UL4413 150ºC)and terminals. The norminal resistance value and beta value: R25ºC=10kΩ and B(25/85)=3435K±1%.

Depending on the application, this bead thermistor is then potted in a metal or plastic housing that is customized according to very specific requirements.
When used with an application such as a lithium-ion battery, a thermistor probe with a ring lug can be easily mounted securely to the battery terminal. This thermistor probe can then effectively monitor the battery temperature.
