High precision NTC thermistor 70mm 90mm 120mm length green/yellow wire is made of NTC chip, lead wire and epoxy sealing. It's designed and manufactured from Hefei Jingpu Sensor Technology Co.,Ltd.
Thermistors are temperature-sensing elements made of semiconductor material that has been sintered in order to display large changes in resistance in proporation to small changes in temperature.
This resistance can be measured by using a small and measured direct current, or dc, passed through the thermistor in order to measure the voltage drop produced.
An NTC thermistor, also known as a Negative Temperature Coefficient thermistor, is a type of thermistor that exhibits a decrease in electrical resistance as the temperature increases. Thermistors, in general, are temperature-sensitive resistors that are commonly used for temperature measurement and control applications.

From 25ºC heat thermistor by DC power supply, measure the power consumption for maintaining the thermistor at 85ºC.
