1%: This indicates the tolerance of the resistance value. A 1% tolerance means that the actual resistance at 25°C can vary by ±1% from the nominal value. For a 10K thermistor, this would be a range of 9,900 ohms to 10,100 ohms.

3380K: This is the Beta value (β), which is a constant that describes the thermistor's resistance change with temperature. The Beta value is specified between two temperatures, 25°C and 50°C. A Beta value of 3380K indicates the thermistor's response to temperature changes. Higher Beta values correspond to steeper resistance changes per degree of temperature change.
