 Disposable Medical Temperature Probe 2.252K CE certified,3.5mm Phone right angled plug to 5.8mm disk sensor. It's one NTC type thermistor sensor. NTC is an acronym for Negative Temperature Coefficient. Jingpu is a leading designer and manufacturer of high precision discrete NTC thermistors, probes and assemblies. An NTC thermistor is a temperature sensor that uses the resistance properties of ceramic/metal composites to measure the temperature. Our full spectrum NTC sensors offer many advantages in temperature sensing including miniature size, excellent long-term stability, high accuray and precision.

JP disposable medical temperature probes offer a cost-effective, disposable patient temperature monitoring solution to add to your hospital's infection control program. The sensor helps to reduce the risk of cross contamination between patients.

JP disposable temperature probes provide accurate measurement of body surface (skin) and core (esophageal/rectal) temperature in adults, infants and neonates.
JP disposable medical temperature probes are compatible with the majority of manufacturers of incubators, warmers and patient monitors.

YSI400 compatible disposable medical temperature probes come with Molex Style of 3.5mm Phone Jack connectors. Disposable temperature probes for infant warmers and incubators have different connectors compatible with original manufacturers. The distal end of the temperature probe is terminated with a plastic insert molded, moisture resistant connector.

Reliability test
High temperature Exposure (Storage) - Resistance (R25) change should be less than ±5%.
- B-constant (B25/50) change should be less than ±2%.
- No visible damage.
Leave continuously according to the following table for 1000 hours.
Operating Temp. Range: -40 to +150ºC Type 150±3ºC
Operating Temp. Range: -40 to +125ºC Type 125±3ºC
Measurement at 24±2 hours after test condition.
Temperature Cycling - Resistance (R25) change should be less than ±5%.
- B-constant(B25/50) change should be less than ±2%.
- No visible damage
Perform 1000 cycles according to the four heat treatments listed in the following table.

Apply the 24-hour heat (25 to 65ºC) and humidity (80 to 98%) treatment shown below, 10 consecutive times. Measurement at 24±2 hours after test condition.

- No visible damage.
85±2ºC, 85%RH in air for 1000 hours with Permissive Operating Current. Measurement at 24±2 hours after test conditions
