General problem and solution
 The device cannot be connected to the PLC or computer 
  Possible reason:
 1) The computer has many COM ports, the choice of the port is not correct
 2) The device address is wrong, or the device with duplicate address exists (the factory default is all 1)
 3) Baud rate, check mode, data bit, stop bit error
 4) The host polling interval and wait time for reply are too short and need to be set above 200ms
 5) RS485 wiring be disconnected, or A,B wire be connected oppsitely.
 6) Equipment wiring is too long, or too much should be nearby power supply, plus 485 enhancer, at the same time an increase of 120Ω terminal resistance.
 7) USB transfer 485 driver not installed or damaged
 8) Equipment damage

NOTICE
 The mounting direction of soleplate should be attented. Avoid the following: close proximity of the transmitter to a heating element, a cold or hot wall, direct exposure to sun rays, etc.
 Be sure to cut off the power supply before mounting and changing transmitter.
 If the mounting surface with a large temperature difference between the measured environmental, recommend the use of stents installed more than 20cm away from the mounting surface.
It will be necessary to calibrate the transmitter when it is using above 12 month.
