NTC thermistor sensor for thermodilution catheters, UL approval

Brief Introduction
MF5A series of miniature thermistors are 6,000 ohm/14,000 ohm composites encapsulated in polyimide tubes. Their leads are made from solid copper and twisted triplet. The standard overall lengths of these sensors are 6 inches, 24 inches or 36 inches. F-micro miniature thermistor sensor has been traditionally designed for use within medical applications, but ideal for the emerging wearable technology market.

F-Micro Miniature Thermistor Sensor 0.35mm L350mm2-part epoxy fill, E&C 2651MM / CAT 9.
Parts are calibrated at 37ºC with resistance value of thermistor printed on a label attached to spool. 22 ohms of lead resistance is subtracted from calibration. 40 AWG wire contributes 4.37 ±0.3 OHMS per foot.
Separate the conductors from dimension indicated
Remove insulation from each conductor as shown. Clean & trim away all insulation. No filaments or uneven patches permitted. Hand trim with tweezer strippers as required.
